How can we help?

I signed in but don’t see my tickets or profile. Why?+
This almost always happens when you signed in with Apple and chose “Hide My Email.” Apple then gives us a private, anonymized address (…@privaterelay.appleid.com) that doesn’t match your account, so a new, empty one is created. Sign out and sign back in the way you first joined — your email or Google — and your tickets will be there. If you prefer Apple, choose “Share My Email” so it matches your account.
How do I buy tickets?+
Open an event and tap Get Tickets. Some events sell on a partner site; others sell on Rumba with QR entry — pick your seats and check out.
Where are my tickets after I buy?+
In My Account → My Tickets — here on the website and in the Rumba app. Same account, same tickets, each with its own QR code.
Can I get a refund?+
Orders bought on Rumba can be cancelled up to 48 hours before the event from My Tickets. For partner-site purchases, the refund follows the organizer’s policy — message us and we’ll help.
How do I sell events on Rumba?+
Tap Sell on Rumba and tell us about your business. Our team reviews applications — most within 1–2 days. Once approved, you publish events from your organizer dashboard.
What’s the best way to create and manage events?+
We recommend organizers use the desktop version of Rumba at mirumba.net for the best experience. The full event builder — arena/theater seat maps, jaripeo, reserved sections, custom layouts, pricing, and analytics — is easiest to set up on a computer. The mobile app is great for quick, simple General Admission events on the go.
Where can I get the Rumba app?+
The Rumba app is coming soon to iOS and Android. In the meantime, everything you need — browsing, buying, and your tickets — works right here on the website.
How do I delete my account?+
You can delete your account on the website or in the app — the deletion is immediate either way. On mirumba.net: sign in, open your account’s Edit profile page, and use “Delete account” at the bottom, then confirm. In the Rumba mobile app: open the Profile tab, scroll to the bottom, and tap “Delete Account,” then confirm. Deleting is permanent and can’t be undone — it removes your profile, sign-in, and any tickets and order history on the account, everywhere (web, app, and scanner). If you have upcoming tickets you still want, use or share them first (share/download each seat’s QR/PDF) before deleting, because they’re removed too. Signing in again later starts a brand-new empty account. If you only want a break, you can just sign out instead.
Can I add my ticket to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet?+
Yes. Open a ticket in the Rumba app and tap “Add to Apple Wallet” (iPhone) or “Add to Google Wallet” (Android). That seat’s QR pass drops into your phone’s wallet, so at the door you can scan straight from Wallet without opening the app. Each seat is its own pass. See the step-by-step guide below.
Can I get physical printed tickets for my event?+
Yes. From your organizer dashboard go to Printed tickets → New order, pick one of your live events, choose how many tickets per price tier (or per table), confirm your shipping address, and pay. We print them and ship them to you. You sell them however you like — cash at your venue, at a store, through your own network — and keep 100% of what you charge for them. Every printed ticket has its own unique QR code and works with the Rumba Scanner at the door, exactly like a ticket bought online. You can only order for events that are published, not yet started, and ticketed on Rumba (events that link out to another ticketing site can’t use printed tickets, because we have no scanner or check-in for those).
What do printed tickets cost?+
There are two separate charges, at two different times. UP FRONT, when you place the order, you pay for printing ($0.50 per ticket), flat shipping ($7 per order, no matter how many tickets), and card processing. You see all three itemized before you pay, and this amount is non-refundable once printing starts. AFTER YOUR EVENT, you pay Rumba’s regular per-ticket fee (3.7% + $1.79) — but ONLY on tickets that were actually scanned at your door. Tickets you never sold, or that nobody used, cost you nothing beyond the printing. Free ($0) tickets are never charged a per-ticket fee at all. That after-event amount is charged automatically to the card you used for the order, which is why we keep it on file — you’ll see this disclosed at checkout.
