Terms and Conditions

Last updated: June 21, 2026

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website, mobile app, and services (the "Services") provided by The Other Guys, LLC ("Rumba", "we", "us"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, or use the Services under the supervision of a parent or guardian. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your login credentials secure and all activity under your account.

The Rumba app is available for iPhone and Android phones. You need a supported, up-to-date version of iOS or Android to install and use it; some older or unsupported devices may not be able to run the app or all of its features. Keeping your device on the latest operating system gives you the best experience.

2. Tickets, Purchases & Refunds

Tickets purchased on Rumba may be cancelled for a refund up to 48 hours before the event start from My Tickets; after that, sales are final. Some events are sold through third-party ticketing partners, in which case that partner’s purchase and refund policies apply. Prices and availability may change until you complete checkout.

Events may be changed, postponed, or cancelled by the organizer. Rumba is not the organizer of events listed by third parties and is not responsible for the events themselves.

Buyer fees (including the processing fee and optional Ticket Protection), how payments are processed, and how refunds are issued are governed by our Payments, Fees & Payouts Policy at mirumba.net/payments, which forms part of these Terms.

3. Organizers & Sellers

Events on Rumba are created, produced, and run by independent organizers, promoters, DJs, venues, and artists — not by Rumba. As an organizer, you acknowledge and agree that you alone are responsible for your event and everything about it: its accuracy, lawfulness, any required permits, licenses, and insurance, the safety and conduct of the event, and honoring every ticket you sell or list (including admission, entry, and any refunds you owe). Rumba is only a technology platform that lets you list and, if you choose, sell your event; Rumba does not produce, host, control, supervise, endorse, or guarantee any event.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Rumba harmless from any claim, dispute, fine, injury, illness, accident, property damage, loss, or liability of any kind arising out of or relating to your event, your listings, or your acts or omissions.

If you are approved to sell on Rumba, you are responsible for your event listings, pricing, and content, and for honoring tickets you sell. Rumba charges a commission per ticket sold, disclosed before you publish. You grant Rumba a license to display your event content on the Services.

Organizer onboarding, identity verification, and payouts are handled through Stripe and are described in our Payments, Fees & Payouts Policy at mirumba.net/payments. Completing and maintaining a verified payout account is your responsibility.

Once you are approved, posting and maintaining your events is your responsibility. Rumba reserves the right to review, edit, reject, remove, or take down any event or content at any time, with or without notice — including events or content that violate any law or rule in the jurisdiction or state where the event takes place, or that promote hate, discrimination, harassment, violence, sexual or explicit content, or illegal activity. If your content is inaccurate, incomplete, or of poor quality, Rumba may correct it or take it down at its discretion.

Rumba is currently free for organizers to list events and use the platform, but this is not a guarantee. Rumba may introduce, change, or remove fees, charges, or features at any time without notice — including, for example, for high-volume or large-scale events.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Services, including: reselling or scalping tickets in violation of law, using bots or scraping, attempting to bypass security or access other users’ data, posting unlawful or fraudulent content, or interfering with the Services.

5. Intellectual Property

The Rumba name, logo, and the Services’ design and software are owned by Rumba and protected by law. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without permission.

All third-party brand names, product names, trademarks, and logos that appear on the Services or in our marketing — including, for example, Apple, Apple Pay, iPhone, Google Pay, and Stripe — are the property of their respective owners. They are used for identification purposes only, and their use does not imply endorsement of, or affiliation with, Rumba or Mirumba.net by those owners.

Rumba also publishes events created by third-party organizers and promoters. We do not own that event content and are not responsible or liable for those third-party companies, organizers, or promoters, or for any incidents, disputes, injuries, or losses arising from or relating to their events.

Those organizers and promoters own their own content and events and may have their own separate terms and conditions. Please visit their communication channels to review the terms that apply to their events.

6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Rumba is a platform and marketplace that helps you discover events and, for some events, buy tickets. Every event is organized, produced, and run by an independent third party — an organizer, promoter, DJ, venue, or artist — who uses our platform. Rumba is only a facilitator: we do not produce, host, control, or supervise any event, and we are not responsible for honoring tickets or for any organizer’s acts or omissions. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rumba is not responsible or liable, in any shape or form, for any incident, accident, injury, illness, death, property damage, dispute, cancellation, or loss of any kind that occurs at, or arises from, any event — including but not limited to concerts, festivals, club nights, parties, rodeos, and venue events. You attend events at your own risk, and any dispute about an event, its tickets, admission, or what happens there is solely between you and the organizer.

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rumba is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount of Rumba’s fees on the relevant order.

7. Governing Law & Changes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Rumba may update or change these Terms and any of its policies at any time, without prior notice. Your continued use of the Services after a change means you accept it.
